Procedure for booking rental properties
When planning your vacation you don’t think about unpleasant things that can happen with you.
⠀
For a vacation without “adventure”, we recommend that you book a property: ⠀
⠀
Before making a deposit, it is usually 50% of the total amount, and sometimes 100% if there are less than 45 days left before the arrival, or these are peak dates on holidays, to require a contract.
If it’s a company, you’re insured. If it is a private person and also a temporary resident, you may lose your own money, nerves, vacation time and the cost of a new home, which means that you can always be at risk.
Make payment on the account invoice, through the bank at the details. The invoice should clearly indicate what you pay for and to whom. Not just a transfer to a personal bankcard to an unknown person.
Often the last thing that is said about extra costs is Therefore, we will find out everything in advance: ⠀
⠀
Security deposit is a deposit, which is returned on departure, the amount varies from 5000 Baht to up $ depending on the class of real estate. ⠀
⠀
Electric & Water – depends on the area and facility (villa or apartment) and the amount of consumption. ⠀
Water – from 3.5 Baht per unit (it is if the city lines or villa), if it is a residence with its own well, the price can reach up to 60 Baht per unit. Electricity – from 5 Baht per unit and above, depending on the place and type of property.
⠀
Facilities are services, which can include: ⠀
Cleaning/change of bed linen (included or not), there may be an additional charge. ⠀
Shuttle service to/from the beach – some residences provide shuttle bass to the beach, but for example private apartments may not include this service. ⠀
⠀
These are the basic things you need to know to calculate your expenses and secure your vacation.
